These two highly respected singer songwriters combine their distinctive talents in a charming and intimate performance of country tinged and original duets

Reg first met Jess back in 2012 when they shared a festival bill. He was instantly impressed by her highly distinctive voice and gift for narrative songwriting. Since then they have toured extensively together, both as individual performers and often sharing the stage to accompany each other. The result is an electrifying blend of pure high voices and as skilful songwriting as you are likely to find anywhere today. Between them they play an array of eclectic instruments including Guitars, Uke, Dulcimer, Shruti Box. Banjo, Harmonica, and Indian Harmonium. Reg has also produced and performed on Jess’s last 3 albums and Jess has added her beautiful voice to Reg’s last 2 cds.

In this show they perform for the first time as a duo throughout.

As well as their own fascinating and award winning songs they also duet on traditional songs and classics by Johnny Cash & June Carter, George Jones & Tammy Wynette, Gram Parsons & Emmylou Harris. Iris Dement & John Prine, The Civil Wars, and Townes Van Zandt etc…
